Is my order really discreet?

Yes, absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no product names, logos, or any indication of the contents on the outside of the package.

What will appear on my bank statement?

Your bank statement will show a neutral merchant name, not "AvShop" or any adult-related description.

Are your products body-safe?

Yes. We only carry products made from body-safe materials such as medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, and stainless steel. We do not sell products containing phthalates or other harmful chemicals.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 days) is also available. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Can I return a product?
